What to Expect
You will fill out a client intake form prior to your scheduled appointment. You may want to arrive just a few minutes earlier so you can discuss with your therapist your goals for each session and develop a plan to meet your needs. Sessions are available for 30 - 90 minutes. We highly encourage clients to voice their needs as they arise in the session. Examples include: change in pressure, different draping, change in room temperature, a blanket, adjusting the face cradle, or if you prefer talking during your session or rather enjoy the quietness.  
 
Sessions times listed are the approximate working time on the table, or in verbal education: alignment therapy, stretches, and self care exercises. Each session has a 15 minute allotment for pre and post session check-in which includes health history updates, session goals, and reflection on the session received.
 
Clothing and Draping
Clients have differing levels of comfort with disrobing and you should undress to your level of comfort. In most cases optimal work is done with direct skin contact or through only one layer of cloth, though your level of comfort is most important. Throughout the session, you will remain draped with a sheet with only the area being worked on exposed. Blankets and a table heater are available for increased warmth and comfort.
 
Payment
Full payment is due at the time of service.  Cash and local checks are accepted. Debit and credit cards are also accepted with a $3.00 service fee.
 
Late & Early Arrival
Please arrive on time for your appointment.  Your scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you.  We value your business and ask that you respect the office scheduling and policies.  Late clients will still be charged for the original booked session length. Due to other appointments and commitments, we may not be able to offer the original amount of time.  Early clients may not be able to be seen at time of arrival due to other appointments or commitments. 

Appointments & Cancellations
Any cancellation with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of HALF the scheduled session amount and will be due before rescheduling any future appointments.  
No-show
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment, and future service will be denied until payment is made.
  
We value both your time and ours and have implemented this policy for this reason.  When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled during that same time.
 
Confidentiality
Client information is kept strictly confidential at all times and will not be shared with outside parties.
Inter-office Courtesy
The treatment space is located in an office with other therapists. Please quietly enter the office assuming another massage is in progress. Please SILENCE cellular phones BEFORE entering the office and during the course of the massage session.  Please do not enter the building talking on your cell phone or you will be asked to step back outside the building!

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for sale in-office and online and are not redeemable for cash.

Sexual Conduct
Massage therapy and bodywork are strictly therapeutic. If a client behaves in a sexual manner at any time, the session will be terminated immediately, full payment expected, and the client denied any future appointments.
